୨ৎ I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are possible within 24 hours. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

୨ৎ Most items are handmade-to-order by the artist (me). Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. You will receive a shipping notification once your order ships. If you are ordering anything for a specific tour date, please order at least 3 weeks before your concert to make sure it gets to you on time! If you need it sooner, please contact me and I will let you know if we can rush it. 

୨ৎ Please double check your address. I will ship your order to the address you provided. If you entered the wrong address please contact me right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped, no exceptions.

୨ৎ After your order has shipped, I am not responsible for any delays by USPS.

♡ Can you make my item in a different color? Most likely yes, but please contact me to double check. 

♡ Do you take custom orders? Please let me know what you have in mind, I'll let you know if I can make it for you.
